Usage
Bath Salts: Add a generous handful or two of our CBD Bath Salts into a warm bath while it’s running and then sit back, soak and enjoy.
Candle: Once your candle is lit it will gently release the natural calming scents of the CBD and essential oils into the room when this is picked up by your nose, these scents stimulate cell receptors that then transmit messages throughout the nervous and limbic system, which is part of the brain that helps you to relax.
