REFUND POLICY

The happiness of our customers is our priority. Please check your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit.

You can return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. You will be credited with the full amount paid should your return be accepted.

Should you wish to return the item or cancel your order, please inform us in writing. The goods will need to be unopened and intact for you to return them.

If your order is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. If your order is damaged, we will send you a replacement immediately.

Please ensure that you supply the correct delivery details, as if they are incorrect an additional delivery fee will be charged to redeliver.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account portal, or by contacting us at info@healingalternatives.co.uk.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before your next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it will be treated as a standard order and our usual returns policy will apply.
