How to use the two-step ritual.

Step 1 - The Bath
Add the Epsom Bath Salts with Magnesium & Colloidal Oat to warm, not hot water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2 - The Two-Minute Window
Gently pat skin with a soft towel, leaving it damp. Do not rub dry. Apply the Barrier Oil within two minutes to help seal in moisture.

Step 3 - Overnight
Let the ritual do its work overnight, helping skin feel calmer, softer and more cared for by morning.
