A few thoughtful details
How many refills are in a 5L container?
Each 5L container holds 20 × 250ml bottlefuls by volume. The price per refill is the current 5L price divided by twenty.
What is included with my refill?
Your chosen 5L Hand Wash or Hand Cream, a refill pump and a prepaid return label. The 250ml bottles and gift box shown in the photographs are not included.
How do I refill my bottle?
Use an empty, clean and completely dry dispenser. Use the included refill pump to transfer the product. Avoid topping up old product or adding water. Follow the storage and expiry instructions on the product label.
How do I return the empty container?
Use the included prepaid return label to send your empty 5L container back free of charge. We clean and reuse returned containers.
How are the savings calculated?
We compare the current price of one 5L refill with twenty individual 250ml bottles of the same product, using current Shopify variant prices. Comparisons exclude delivery and other offers. Prices and availability may change.
Naturally considered. Beautifully simple.
