What is included?
The duo contains one 5 litre Lavender & Rosemary Hand Wash, one 5 litre Lavender & Rosemary Hand Cream, and one refill pump for each container. The individual options contain one 5 litre product and its refill pump. Use your existing suitable dispensers.
How many times can I refill my bottles?
Each 5L container provides twenty 250ml fills, or ten 500ml fills, by volume. The duo gives you forty 250ml fills altogether: twenty of each product. Allow for a small amount of product remaining in the container or pump.
How do I refill hygienically?
Follow the product and dispenser instructions. Use an empty, clean and completely dry dispenser; avoid topping up old product. Do not add water or mix formulas. Keep containers closed between refills and retain the batch and expiry details.
How long will a 5L refill last?
That depends on how many people use it and how much they dispense. Follow the expiry date and period-after-opening instructions on your container. If you use hand cream less often, choose the individual refill that suits your needs.
Can I buy just one refill?
Yes. Both refills are available individually. The duo price gives you an extra saving when you need both.
Where can I check the ingredients?
Read the ingredient lists on the individual product pages and check the label on arrival. Both products are fragranced with essential oils and list limonene and linalool. Patch test before use and follow the label directions.
