October marks World Menopause Awareness Month, a time to amplify the voices of the millions of women experiencing menopause and to challenge the stigma that still surrounds it. As a woman who has walked this path myself, I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to spread awareness, offer support, and provide access to resources that empower women to live their best menopause.

It’s a reminder that with the right support and choices, nothing should stand in the way of women living their best menopause.

Why Healing Alternatives Partnered with GenM
When I came across the GenM collective, I knew immediately that Healing Alternatives needed to be a part of this incredible movement. In the wake of my father’s passing and the onset of menopause, I found myself grappling with deep grief and hormonal changes that left me floored. That journey inspired me to create CBD and botanical products specifically designed for women going through peri-menopause and menopause. It was a natural progression to partner with GenM, whose mission aligns perfectly with our own: to empower women with choices and trusted solutions that help them thrive during menopause.
