RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We hope that you are delighted with our products but if for some reason you arent we will refund them or replace them free of charge within 14 days of their purchase date.

 

Please note that if you have made your purchase through a third party retailer either online or at retail, then any return should be made in accordance with the returns policy of the retailer and returned to them directly.  Similarly, if you purchased products on the Healing Alternatives website, please return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here.

 

Please email us at info@healingalternatives.co.uk to discuss the issue with the products purchased.  You will need to provide us with your name, home address, details of the order, a contact telephone number and an email address.  Our customer services team will get back to you asap with return instructions if the product is suitable for return.

  

In order to return your product please return by post within 14 days to the address provided by Healing Alternatives Customer Services.

 

Currently you will need to pay the Post Office for returns and we recommend that you get proof of postage.  We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.  Please ensure the returned parcel is properly sealed and includes the original packing slip, a covering letter with your contact details and order number.

 

Refunds will only be made for the cost of goods on the credit/debit card used to buy the product and at the retail price shown on the invoice.  Please allow us 14 working days from the date your order is returned to us for your refund to be processed.  If the method you used for payment has expired in the intervening period, you will need to update us with a new payment method before we can refund you for the price you paid for the products.

  

Please note that we do not accept returns of gift cards.

 

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes (once these have been unsealed after you receive them).

 

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use.  In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you would rather receive an exchange than a refund then this will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.  In these circumstances a new Contract will be deemed to have been formed between us in relation to the new Product that you have selected (and your various rights of cancellation and return as set out herein will apply to that product).  In the event that we arent able to satisfy your request for an exchange then we will refund you the cost of the products and the original contract between us will be cancelled.

 

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty please notify us and we will send you a replacement or offer you a full refund.  You will need to supply us with the order number and ensure that you keep the packaging, products and original delivery note for inspection.

CANCELLATION

  

Once your order is confirmed, if you wish to cancel your order we request that you contact us at: info@healingalternatives.co.uk or H:A WhatsApp.

 

Please ensure you have your purchase order number with you.  For orders using UK Standard Delivery you will need to contact us with your cancellation within 3 hours of having placed your order.  For any orders using UK Express Delivery please contact us immediately to avoid disappointment.

 

As processing times can vary, we advise that we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled when requested.  In this case please see our information above regarding refunds.

  

You may cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 days from delivery.   The products must be returned to us within 14 days of you telling us that you wish to end the contract, in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. The date of return is the date on which you send the products to us. If you cancel your order but do not send off such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
