Did you know that you get two types of CBD? Well, you do.
Raw and activated CBD – what’s the difference?
Raw CBD becomes activated CBD, also known as CBDA, after undergoing a heating process. This process is slow and gradually burns off the acid leaving behind the CBD. CBDA is a lot stronger than “normal” CBD. It is also a lot more effective in treating inflammation and associated pain.
Simply put, raw CBD is the raw product extracted from the hemp plant that has not been processed or altered, while activated CBD has undergone a process to enhance the healing properties of CBD.
